    Hi Folks We are planning to have Employee Wellness and Assistance Program - EWAP soon This is specifically around Mental Health wherein employees can connect with counsellors, therapists etc. Now no service provider is going to give the identifiable details of employees coz then the entire purpose goes for a toss. Now our management thinks that it's important for us to know so that the project pressure can be taken care of. What if employees take some extreme step & there is a legal suite. What should be done in this case?? Please guide P.S We are completely remote organisation

    Does anyone have a policy on International transfer for employee (process, documentation, payroll, checklist etc). Use case - we have an employee who is moving from India to US for personal reasons but we want him to work with us hence we will be processing his transfer from India entity to our US entity.

    Hi Everyone, we are planning to map annual appraisal process with Financial Year. At the moment, it is done based on joining dates. Looking for assistance on pro-rata calculations in case it happens for everyone on 1st April irrespective of their joining date now. And how it is managed for employees joining from October to March in a particular FY?

    Today we caught a fraud done by one of our employee, He interviewed online and got selected 10 days back he joined and now today we got to know that the one who took interview and who onboarded with us are 2 different personalities.

    Hello Team, So there's a discussion in my company happening if the PF to be paid compulsory for new joiners 1. The employee is holding UAN in any previous company Or 2. What if an employee is put on PIP during the same month when the retention bonus is supposed to be paid out? Should this bonus be applicable in this scenario since it is retention and not related to performance?

    There are several online assessment tools available. You'll be able to upload question bank for different skills and job descriptions. These are video proctored. I've used Mettl (a Mercer Company) tool. You can check for more options.
