Hi Folks We are planning to have Employee Wellness and Assistance Program - EWAP soon This is specifically around Mental Health wherein employees can connect with counsellors, therapists etc. Now no service provider is going to give the identifiable details of employees coz then the entire purpose goes for a toss. Now our management thinks that it's important for us to know so that the project pressure can be taken care of. What if employees take some extreme step & there is a legal suite.
