Hello Everyone I wanted a guidance and inputs regarding the analysis of employee productivity. Let me brief it, Mine is a IT company engaged in making websites and providing Email solutions. So we have a team of developers, Designers, Tester, Support, Sales, account and HR. Now the management want to know they way or tool through which we can identify that whatever salary is paid to the employee, its 5 times company is able to earn. I just want to know if anyone practicing anything similar or any other ideas or suggestions how we can go about. Management wants such data so that based on the employees' contribution, in the company through their work, they want to raise their salary in future accordingly and to justify their salary. Hey Folks, We are a relatively smaller team (130 employees), we ran a pulse check survey recently through our internal HR tool. We now want to have follow up 1-1 sessions with the employees to see what are the team practices & behaviours that are going well and what needs to be improved. We wanted someway to maintain this feedback, we do not have a tool for this right now - so maybe in excel? let me know if you have suggestions on how this can be done or if you can share some excel templates that i can use.
