    Good Afternoon All, I am back with more queries 🙈 Was wondering if anyone has any clue about the below, procedures, formats, or anything other thing as is required 🤔 1. Registering a copy of the equal opportunity policy with the Chief Commissioner, or the State Commissioner as prescribed under Section 21(2) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. 2. Any idea about Technology Cost Capitalisation Policy or a sample draft (this falls under Finance but just in case anyone has any idea)

    Thanks Dipali for doing this AMA. I want to know how to do or what major sources companies use for sourcing of candidates. We have been trying a lot, and for some roles like Unity, Design etc, it's very hard to get good candidates, especially on the experience side. We use LinkedIn majorly for hiring, have also started using Angelist and Indeed but the situation is still the same. We have tried cold reaching candidates, but not a lot of response there. I want to know from where the companies are sourcing good candidates, what are we missing/not doing here. Thank You.
