    @here I am in huge dilemma, I am in a process of revoking a candidate offer letter who was supposed to join us by Feb. Can someone help me how should we compensate him whether he should be paid on the basis of last drawn salary from his previous come or the one which we offered him.(Monthly Payout)

    I have a unique payroll query again related to different entities with in a same company.One of our ex employee has spent 5 years in total with 3 years in one entity of the company and rest 2 years in a different entity under the same umbrella org.Now post her exit, i need clarity for calculating her gratuity-Is she eligible for it as her salary was processed with 2 different entities in this time period. And secondly, how will it be calculated?

    Hello folks, we're just about renewing group insurance policies for our folks for this year and are putting together some FAQs around the same. Has anyone done this before? Would really like to sound you out. Also, how are the premiums for group insurance looking across the board? Seems to have shot up compared to the last year. Some employees are feeling the pinch in their wallets for family cover and we're thinking through ways to address this. Would love some input here as well.

    Hi Guys! Our company recently offered relocation allowance to employees. The allowance is taxable and some of them had an income tax deduction. I have read train tickets, accommodation, and allowance for movers and packets are exempt from tax. Can they file it in the ITR and receive the amount back? If yes, can someone guide me on how exactly this is done?
