    Hey everyone I would like to know if having salary band and grade a good idea for a team size of 30-40? Anyone following this or help me with the band and grade structure? Additionally, can anyone help me with good remote-policy since we were thinking to go offline but looks like people are now being reluctant about it.

    @Barkha, it is a good idea to have clearly defined bands and grades before scaling up. However, if you do decide to go for job evaluation, you can opt for a faster and simpler process like 'job classification' instead of 'point factor'. Also, the remote policy can be designed specifically for your requirements. However, some aspects to include are: 1. Data security if working from coworking places or public areas 2. Overlap hours - timings when everyone needs to be logged in for collaboration and meetings 3. Flexible working hours and rules governing them

    hi folks, would love to know how is POSH policy made at org? do you have any external organization to help with briefing about POSH to employees? also, how do you constitute ICC? can anyone share a glimpse on the process, please? if you know any orgs who help wit it, happy to get recommendations. if it's not in your organization yet, how have you dealt with establishing code of conduct?

    Hello Simran , recently I helped my team in establishing the Posh . For this we took help of a organisation named Yourdost . They helped us with the training first to educate the whole team about posh and provided the certificates ,later they helped us in forming the team also for the External member . Now we have included this in our onboarding itself , whenever a new person comes in the team we try to conduct their posh training on the same day . Hope this helps you !
