    Hi Sarah, we’re mostly dealing with US customers. We are using a mix of Revolut and TransferWise. TransferWise to accept US transactions (supports ACH and traditional transfers) transfer this with the real conversion rate within TransferWise to pounds and then we use Revolut as our payout bank 🙂 Along with the digital insights that you can get from these challenger banks, we’re pretty happy with the fee structures we’re paying. However, we are a not that big in terms monthly numbers.

    Thanks for the feedback Robin! We are working with UK based customers, but still keen to try Revolut. Are you happy with the platform? The acc set up etc?

    I don't believe Monzo have business banking at the moment? In regards to Revolut - we currently use them and I have had a lot of issues with them. Firstly they don't support direct debits. We also had issues receiving funds from our last raise and customer support were not particularly responsive.

    Hello everyone, I need your help. Apparently I have "the most boring meeting". Which I don't agree with, agreeing on credit and compliance issues is thrilling (don't 🙄 at me @quiet-orange-43581) In any case, my fellow meeting members don't seem to agree. What are your tips to make a meeting more exciting when the topic is a little dry. I'm already considering snacks, but I'm stuck on other ideas. Thanks 😄

    I'm just grateful that I don't live in Germany at this point. but it's a good encouragement to approach security properly! also - if anyone from your management team ever argues releasing new feature quick vs security maybe this list will help them make a decision. although startups, go fast and break things, who cares about GDPR right? 🙂
