    Hey hey! I need to create a Business Plan for an organisation (they don't have budget, so doing this almost for free). Would be nice to know what I should ask in return, if not cash - e.g. equity (though that does not apply much in this case, as this is an org, partly non-profit), part of initial revenue,..what are some options I could discuss?     Hello, I'd also love to join. If useful I'm also happy to chat through what we implemented at Live Better With. It is certainly less formal that I would imagine you are aiming for but our monthly review of a behaviors framework is directly linked to people's bonus. I wouldn't call it a performance review though 😉
