    Hi, Can anyone help/guide/suggest me with your expertise? I’m pretty much stuck at the moment with regards to PMS. Have following ambiguity: 1. We have been doing competency based assessment from last 4 years, but it has too much of biasness, associated with it. How do i reduce it? 2. If not competency based assessment, what appraisal method do you suggest for a wealth- management start-up, where client facing(business target based role) & non client facing role both exist.

    Hi Team , Can anyone tell me , some good practices for Team calibrations after Manager discussion. Basically , we are right now doing everything manually in a conventional manner and being in a startup environment many people are first time leads /managers so what should be dos and donts to keep in mind while doing manager discussions and team calibrations during performance appraissal cycle

What is the multiplier that you use for same skill based folks in international geographies such as US, Singapore etc Say for the same profile that costs 10L in India, how much would you pay in US? Do you use a multiplier to Indian salary benchmark or use the geo-specific salary benchmark?
