    @Yugandhar, what would you consider as 360-degree performance appraisal? Usually, 360s are used for competencies and behaviors, not performance.

    Team, need a clarification on earned leave policy in Karnataka registered under shops and establishments act. Up to 45 days can be accumulated. Does the remaining balance expire or does it have to be encached yearly? What's your company policy.

    Hi Team, What is you variable payout policy for non-sales hires .Assuming they have an annual variable pay. Do you prorate and pay end of the current year based on the DOJ of the employee or do you pay at the completion of one year or wait until the next appraisal cycle post one year completion.     Can someone guide on how can we send out an email to a new joiner who within 15 days of joining just decided to leave sneding resignation and clearly mentioning that he has no interest in serving np if forced then it would be waste of our time and money. he did this when copany had incurred a travel and lodging expense of his to visit the office for actual transitioning of work. We do have a point mentioned in our offer letter as well as appointment letter stating - In the event of separation from services of the company, (separation can also include termination on performance grounds), within 24 months of joining, the Company has the right to recover the amount if paid to you in any form or any other expenses incurred which is not part of the compensation structure. Employee has'nt said or picked up the topic of this but he's execting that hopefully we would not be deducting this amount from him. However, he was filled in the settlement form and submitted, his settlement is yet to be carried out and the relieving and experience letter is yet to be hnded over to him. However, we should send him a formal communication in this regard, your suggestions are welcome. Tia.

    Hi! Applying to a job has become incredibly easy, very few clicks required. This is creating an issue of receiving too many applications from candidates that did not even bother to check they do in fact match the job description. How do reduce (and simultaneously curate) the number of applications to your vacancies? I don't really want to put an exercise in front of everyone upfront, as it's a very dry candidate experience.
