    Need like real time help, fraternity. So, I get a message from my CEO stating to keep paper work ready for exit of 2 (been part of the company ever since it's inception) senior positioned employees. No context, no background, except for, that I know he had been wanting to let go of 1 of them for the last 1yr and the other is a recent development. With this it's obvious that no PIP or any such plan was implemented, if we state it as a cost cutting measure, then what should be the process to follow - 1. Ask the employee to resign requesting an immediate release or 2. Terminate or 3. Any other suggestion Real time suggestion will beof utmost help here. Thank you in advance.

    Hi. I'd be keen to have examples on what your recruitment process looks like for C level roles. I'm thinking about implementing a full-day on-site kind of interview process, on top of initial online screens, as a way to reduce the number of interviews and see the candidate on real-life work-related interactions with the team.     Hello, I am not sure if this is repeated, but I need some insights on building criteria of evaluation for R&R. we are a size 50 IT company and have various projects not teams. There is a project head who manages the employees in the project. We do not have departments other than IT and HR. The current process is that we ask for nominations from project heads for monthly and quarterly awards (Star of the month, employee of the quarter, Extra mile award, Special Award). Once all the nominations are in, the HR head decides who gets the award based on the narrations mentioned by the project managers and we get it approved by the director. If anyone from Project manager or HR team or IT teams has to be nominated, then that is added by the HR head or Director. We are unable to set up a panel for deciding on the winner considering the size of the organization. Please share your views if you have set up anything in your organization of similar structure.     Hello everyone, Good Evening! Hope you all are doing well. I need some guidance on the Induction Program that I am planning for Graduate Engineer Trainees who have recently joined with us. They are about 10 of them and we need to plan an induction program for them which will be for 2 days including some activities that will keep them engaged and help them getting to know each other better. Any guidance/ ideas or help from an expert will be really really helpful. :-)

    Hey Folks, Have anyone ever use dice as a sourcing tool to close IT positions and if yes so how was the overall experience. I recently joined a recruitment firm from base and want to do understand Dice as a platform also at minimum what pricing we can negotiate or should we go for any other sourcing tool.
