    We are a remote organisation and as we grow, we've seen a dip in employees' participation during tow-nhall meetings (not sure why, no one ever complained about anything). But how do we get people to attend it virtually?

    What do you think of the options like early salary, loan against future income etc? Both as an HR and an employee. Is it better to take the loan from the company at 0%? or a third party (lending company) - probably higher amounts but maybe some interest?

    This is a fantastic initiative and something very useful to the employees. I have personally seen it being used for purchase of vehicles or for other personal reasons as well. It showcases the company's interest to help employees in times of need as well as increases the stickiness of the employee.
