Hi All, my org operates in 3 countries (US, India, Dubai) under 3 different entities registered under 1 company. We send our employees from India to Dubai and US for 2-3 years long term. I'm such cases, we exit them from 1 entity and onboard them under another, we process F&F and close the employment and don't show as a transfer. My question is what happens to the accumulated leaves? What is the general and right practice? Any inputs will be helpful.

Hello All, I have joined a company in their restarting phase and a lot of employees are working from before COVID lockdown that had hit the shutdown. I have hired many new employees and am processing the appointment letters and other documentation to create a work culture of safety for skill-based staff. I want to know if the appointment letters could be given to the old staff too, and if yes then what could be the dates/compensation details in the letters? There was no HR till now in this firm, so I have to create the whole set-up. Could I give a fresh new letter to all with the new CTCs mentioned? Please guide me, thanks so much.
