    Hi Folks, Need your advice - The most senior position at our company of Financial Manager who was hired after a 2-month recruitment cycle has resigned after only 20 days. He claims that his interest lies in Indian accounting and not US accounting, which was not communicated at any point during the recruitment process. This has resulted in a significant loss of time and resources for the company. He had committed for this role. How can we handle this? Should we ask him for his replacement before accepting resignation?

    Another quick question - We have 2 open positions - Senior Business Analyst (5-7 years exp.) and Business Analyst(3-4 years exp.). Should we create a single open position saying 'Hiring BA with 3+ years' or 2 separate positions in our ATS? What is the best practise ?

    Hi Team, #expert-ama As now most of the companies are working on WFH mode, during WFH, if any Employee is mocking their availability by keeping curser moving (with some python script), and caught by doing this. What kind of actions should be taken? From our end, we have given one time verbal notice to him/her for their action. And not to do this again. But it has been done repeatedly, and employee does not have any justification for it.

    Hi All, I would like to inquire about the value of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) in startups. As startups often include ESOPs as an addition to the cash component in their compensation packages, I am curious to know if employees truly recognize the benefits of ESOPs. Considering the current startup ecosystem, I am also interested in whether employees would prefer cash compensation over ESOPs.As someone who has experience as both an HR representative and an employee, I would be interested in hearing your views on this topic.
