    Hi team, We are releasing a communication to all employees asking to sign off the policies like POSH, whistleblower, etc on our HRMS. Is there any communication strategy that you use to get a quick sign off without much follow-ups? Or do have any templates as such? Would love to know what other organisations are doing. Is it a simple mail or a poster that’s sent out or any other ways? Thank you! :)

    Need some help on POSH law. Is it compulsory for the external member to be from an NGO or understanding of the POSH law is enough for them to be a member. I checked but the language is very ambiguous some websites say that NGO is mandatory and person should be dealing with women issues or working in a direction to empower them whereas some states that the person can be a social worker working to empower women or understands women's issues and POSH act does not states NGO is required. Can anyone help with how you are doing it in your organisation?

    Hello everyone, An urgent requirement / request - An employee of ours had been lying to the Director of Custmer Success and was'nt delivering work and during the discussion it was realised that he has been moonlighting. He also, has'nt provided his educational documents as he states inspite of repeated reminders ever since he joined in 2021. Also, on his linkedin profile he continues to show as a freelancer and has'nt added any of our employees onto his network. I have been asked to issue him a termination letter on the above grounds as he has already been communicated verbally by his reporting manager that he has been fired. Any obligations other than issuing him termination letter and processing his salary for no. of days do you see or suggest?

    If you have any proofs you can terminate him - if in case you do not have enough valid proof - you should as per process / policies - put him in PPP and than terminate him

    Hello everyone - an employee has not been reporting to work citing his and his family member’s health issues. He did not even inform anyone for days until we reached out to him. We requested to send documents, he would commit dates to resume and then doesn’t show up. We gave the final warning to report in 2 days and submit relevant documents. He did not respond to the email and just sent a video where his mother doesn’t seem to be medically well. We do not know the authenticity of the video as he is not submitting documents as well. Please suggest if we can/should terminate?

    as per my experience - if you are dealing with Tech Volume hiring - than you should go for Assessment tools - Mettl - Hackerearth - Hackaron etc

    If you are dealing with limited roles in a product and startup setup ---- no need of any Assessment platform --- Internal tech teams can formulate an assessment based on techstack used

    Hi - this is a request for a friend seeking advice from the experts- masking the identity in the resume of the person as she is not comfortable. Sharing the resume attached - the person has worked with start-ups in people function extensively and for the sake of stability is looking to join a established big companies. These are the following questions from the friend. She is currently unhappy as she is constantly applying for a role and not getting shortlisted even for an interview. These are the questions: 1.
