    Hi Everyone, We are a company based out of Madhya Pradesh. Is it necessary to encash paid leave on resignation or termination of employees? Also I came across a new model of all purpose leaves(APL), which has PL,CL and SL combined under APL. Do APL also need to be encashed? Thanks in Advance

    Friends, I am looking for an Incentive plan for Talent Acquisition head. Currently we have options of 80% , 90%, 100% of Variable pay depending on performance. We do not have KPIs in place yet, we are building it. Do we have any other ideas or plans that actually work out to motivate and at the same time save cost for the company.

    I recently came across this Tax saving option which can be a part of the salary structure. Could some one share their expertise, if we add some of them, are we suppose to collect bills, documents supporting them, or just give it straight to the employees without any hassle of documentation collection at the end of the year/ monthly and keep the records ?
