When we have a 'take-home assignment' as part of the interview process, it becomes really difficult to gauge the authenticity and efforts of the candidate due to AI. Also, regardless of whether it's for Tech or Non-Tech profile most of the time, answers are right out of ChatGPT. Hence, • Any alternative to this? • Any way/s to evaluate and assess it better?
