    Hello TSOWers 👋 Let's spend this Sunday to explore The Shape of Work Community's Slack space 🎉 We noticed that some of you have not updated your profiles on Slack. If you’re having trouble doing so, here’s a video I made on how to set up your profile on Slack. In addition, do watch this 90-second long video if you never used Slack before. It is your quick start guide on how to use Slack. I recommend downloading Slack on your mobile from the App Store or Play store and your desktop as well, so you don’t miss any updates from the group.     HI all, How do yall ensure minimal dropout in terms of candidates attempting tasks/sending completed tasks across? For context, we do touch base with the candidates and motivate them over phone calls + have email copy that also hype them up to complete the tasks

    We conducted a poll last Friday on what employees feel about the organization’s L&amp;D strategy and how it will help them shape their careers. The results were not surprising at all. 83.33% believe the right coaching and mentoring can help empower first-time managers and future leaders.     Hi all, given remote work and given that we are extremely Engineer heavy workforce of ~230. We see that the engagement b/w engineers is low. Engagement b/w engineers and business teams is even lower. We also have a US based business team and engagement b/w US teams and engineering teams is non existent. Slack tricks don't seem to break the ice. Any suggestions from community here on how to get the engagement going across different teams and geographies in an organic manner ?
