    Team, quick question, an employee worked for 6 months and then went on a Maternity Leave, she was due for raise in April, given that she was on ML her salary wasnt revised, ideally she was there only for 6 months during the review period. So, what should we do, give her a raise based on her 6 months review or wait for next 6 months?

    Hello everyone, my company has laid off a few employees. We will be providing them with both experience and relieving letters. The experience letter focuses on highlighting positive aspects, but we are unsure whether to mention the layoff in the relieving letter. If necessary, what is the typical terminology we should use? For instance, in the case of a resignation, we might say: "In response to your resignation, we accept and relieve you..." Additional context: As our product did not achieve market fit, we had to realign a lot of things which led to lay off of a few employees. We have already provided them with 2/3 months of severance and health insurance benefits. My concern is that many companies also request relieving letters, so we want to avoid writing anything that could hinder their chances of finding their next job. However, it is essential for us to maintain a record of the layoff. If anyone has dealt with this situation before or has advice on how to handle it, please let me know Thank you

    Hey All !! Doing campus hiring in Punjab !! Mostly gonna be virtual since all colleges are on their summer break Wanted to get an idea on some best practices and processes for shortlisting Basically narrowing down my talent pool What I wanna identify and know is 1. Good practices to shortlist bulk candidates (Eg: If I have 50 candidates, how do I narrow it down, that too virtually) 2. Some activities, procedures for shortlisting (Like GD's, task) keeping in mind a virtual set up 3. Tips/Suggestions and tools for remote/virtual hiring (To get everyone together or one by one for interviews, Eg: circulating a g-meet/zoom link) Our primary focus on the students would be 1.
