    Hello everyone, I am looking for ideas in rewards and recognition process, in an organization usually the quarterly employee award is won by employees from revenue generating teams. In what ways can the non revenue generating teams (operations, HR, finance) their chances of winning such award be increased. Or their efforts can be made more visible or tangible in the eyes of senior leadership.

    Hi everyone. Requesting for a help here on setting up 360 feedback survey for a group of core team in my organisation. We are planning for an annual 360 survey on leadership skills for about 8 people who are managers and leads. The questionnaire is ready and the list of respondents is also ready. I am struggling to find a right tool to deliver this. No. Of respondents vary for each leader based on their role and function. I evaluated survey sparrow, spider gap, jombay echo360. Survey monkey and typeform - I couldnot understand the workflow of delivery and couldnot get pricing per report. Can anyone help me to understand few other tools and how it works? Pricing is one of the concerns here.

Can a single policy document cover for posh and other harassment or needs to be separate? 2. Is ICC only for handling posh complaints or other harassment complaints also? 3. Can posh annual report include other forms of harassment complaints.
