    Hello All, quick check, if someone joins the firm say on 2nd May 2022, will the variable pay out be of 10 months (completed months as of march 31st) or 10 months and 30 days basis the tenure in the organisation. Thoughts please.

    Hello everyone, I've recently joined a CGI studio as an HR and the management wants me to conduct a one on one meeting with all employees - the headcount is about 30 odd no. They want me to document their expectations, grudges, concerns, learning curve etc. Can anyone help me with a format which will help me initiate and document the discussions.     Hi, we are looking at revising our employee benefits, looking for suggestions on what more can be added. We currently have Uber & metro reimbursements, Gym subscriptions reimbursements, Netflix reimbursements, Udemy reimbursements for short term courses. We also have leaves (multiple categories), insurance in place. We also provide free lunch. Looking for some inputs.

    Hi all, we have recently taken a Group Health Insurance policy for our employees for which the insurance premium paid is added as part of the CTC of the people who have opted in. If newer people are joining, how should I be calculating the insurance premium to be added to their CTC before getting the actual amount from the vendor?

    Hello Team, do anyone have work experience in handling job rotation for software engineers. Rotation should be quarter based or 6 months based? Should it be based on the front end, back end, testing roles or projects, or languages C# or Java? If we rotate every quarter, how do employees skill themselves to accomplish goals? Should they be informed beforehand and given time in the office to prepare the skills for the next assignment? How is it practiced in the industry and during the internship will there be any changes in the training if they are getting rotated?

    Hello Everyone, You as an HR Professional might have come across one common problem of groupism among the team members in your company. Some form their closed group and never allow any outsider into their group. Be in terms of lunch, tea breaks or if they approach this group related to work. They avoid, ignore, or react differently towards other employee outside of their group. This ultimately impact on the work, deadlines and culture as a whole. Can anyone suggest a remedy or a hard core solution to terminate this and build a healthy work culture where everyone can enjoy and help each other.
