Hi everyone Hope you all are doing well I have a query regarding PF. If a candidate's exit date is not mentioned in the UAN what to do. And has done dual employment. Can the company terminate the candidate or it's not a problem. While withdrawing PF money will the candidate face any issues? Thanks in advance

Hey folks, Quick Question: Do any of you use Lever as an ATS tool? Here's my issue- we have agencies that help us meet our hiring needs, and lever has an Agency page set up for agencies where they can ONLY submit candidates. No permissions to schedule/add feedback/move candidates across pipeline etc. This is forcing us to have async conversations with Internal recruiters, Hiring Managers and Agency recruiters on slack and information gets missed out on Lever and this affects our reporting and metrics. We obviously can't give agencies access through our email domain since they would get access to all other candidates etc Have any of you faced a similar situation/can suggest a work around?

Hi Folks πŸ‘‹ Last week we had Dheeraj Kumar Pandey, VP of Sales at Keka Technologies on The Shape of Work podcast who shared the importance of listening to employees & more. My learning πŸ€“: When you create a process at work it is generally for the benefit of employees. Therefore, involving the employees while creating the process is important and somewhat necessary. Otherwise, it will be like building a house for someone without knowing what their requirements and likings are. You can always conduct sessions with your employees in order to involve them more in the company processes. If you'd like to know more about the candidates, you must know certain human resources tips and tricks for HR professionals to get comfortable with phone interviews. Listen to the full episode now 🎀- #229: Dheeraj Kumar Pandey on reimagining the future of work through technology, DEI, building a positive culture and employee well-being. #HappyTuesday πŸŽ‰

Hi everyone #channel @channel, I am working on the hiring policy and process for my company. I want to understand do let your interview panel see the feedback given by previous panel before the interview? I think viewing feedback of previous panel can cause unconscious bias in the next round. What do you all follow?

πŸ‘‹ Hello all, I am Nisarg, Product Manager at Springworks. I am currently trying to understand what problems organisations are facing while onboarding new hires. 1. _Do you have to send individual emails to all new joiners repetitively?_πŸ“© 2. _Do you follow a manual process for sending swag kits/laptops to them or setting up calls with managers/team?_πŸ₯΅ 3. _Is your offer to joining ratio?_πŸ€” 4. Set up 1:1 calls with new hires, how do you receive and measure feedback? We’re catering to automate these hassles of the pre-onboarding process- more like JIRA for HR, through the latest feature of EngageWith that we are working on. But we’d love to get better ideas from you.πŸ˜„ If you feel that the idea is beneficial/you’d like to add any other challenges that you’re facing, just respond or react with a βœ‹ in this thread and we’d reach out to you.πŸ‘‡

<!here> Hi Folks πŸ‘‹ Save messages to review later/use as reminders. This is an easy way to build a to-do list in Slack & also saves you time and headache πŸ€•. No more scrolling through channels to find that one message. _*Steps to follow*_πŸͺœ_*: Hover over the message & click the bookmark icon that says* Add to saved items*. It’s in the same menu you use to pin messages.*_ Only you can see which messages you saved. The difference between a pinned message and a saved message is that pinned messages are visible to the whole team, while saved messages are only visible to you. Access all your saved messages by clicking on Saved items in the left-hand menu. #HappyTuesday πŸŽ‰

Hello all πŸ‘‹, I’m a Talent Partner at HyperVerge, an AI product startup. Looking for some insights on talent planning & management to help plan and implement for my organization. We are a young 130+ people strong B2B SaaS product company. Recently we started thinking about talent planning as a part of a structured growth exercise and would love some inputs around what your companies have done or best practices in the industry that can help us plan this best for us. Seeking insights on some broad questions like - 1. How do organisations arrive at the people Budget? Is it % of revenue or cost or any other metric? What is the ideal number/ industry averages for the concerned metric? 2. What are the broader division of people function? How is people budget allocated amongst different functions? Are there any other way of divisions- not based on people functions? 3. What are the key metrics one should check to ensure ideal balance amongst functions? ( ex 2 sales : 1 bdr) 4. What should be the ideal structure at different levels (junior/mid/senior)? Would it be different for different functions? 5. Any reference to reading materials/books that can help us in this area? Any input/reference material/ reference of someone I can connect with on this would be super helpful !

Hi Folks πŸ‘‹, In today’s workplace, more is being demanded of workers than ever before. You have to accomplish more in less time. Here's what you can do to manage your time efficiently. The last thing you MUST DO before you leave work is create a list of things you need to do for tomorrow. This way, when you head to work the following day, you are all set to get started! πŸ’ͺ This is usually not a lot of work because you can just take your list of things you didn’t accomplish today & prioritize them for tomorrow. By doing this, you are setting yourself up for success for the next day, which takes stress off & gives you something to strive for. πŸ™Œ I would love to know your experience if you have already followed this routine in the thread below. πŸ‘‡ #HappyTuesday πŸŽ‰
