    Hello All @channel Hope you are staying healthy! I wanted to explore some interesting L&D initiatives or trainings both Monetary and Non monetary for our India employees. It would be great if can recieve suggestions on few partners as well. We currently have monthly L&D allowances and few internal sessions/ training but attracting interest of most of the employees is somthing challenging currently. Thank you.

    Hi All, Want to check one thing We have someone who is being terminated from the company, he will be paid for his notice period of 2 months in his full and final settlement, but he will not be working with us. Just wanted to check if he is not going to work with us, do we still pay him the entire salary of those 2 months or only the basic salary component. In case anyone has dealt with this type of situation, let me know. Thank You.

    Hi Priyanka. We are a b2b SaaS product company of 40 people. Recently we started hybrid work and it is working well for us. There is no compulsion on bringing back teams, but it is volunteered and some on training requirements. Zero attrition due to hybrid nature.

    People are owning it up and volunteering as things move much faster in an office setup as people are available for support.

    On a regular basis there are around 10 people in office and others join for a week or 2, and return after this period. Better team work, efficiency and better performance is our results.
