    Folks, sharing something we recently did and got great success...might be helpful to implement at your Org. Setting up 360s and obtaining nominations for the feedbacks is typically a very long drawn process + riddled with biases. We used a feature of ONA by analyzing email exchanges (this was done for non tech folks who use slack less) to automate the nomination list.     Hey folks πŸ‘‹ I’m Sandeep, I work at Springworks and I’m building an employee engagement app for the future of work - @Trivia For those of you who don’t know, Trivia is a Slack app that runs quizzes, games, polls, etc. inside Slack channels for 2-3 mins of fun, ad-hoc engagement I wanted to take some insights from y’all about a few ideas (new engagement activities πŸ˜‡) we’d be tinkering around:. 1. Word Builder: you get a random set of letters and are asked to create words out of them a. e.g. letters: c, c, h, t, a, o, l, s b. words formed: catch, coach, clash, cloth, etc. c. The more words you enter the more points you win 2. Reveal: an object is completely hidden and it slowly reveals itself over 20 seconds a. The image will be a common object - e.g., apple - and it will be covered by black blocks b. In every 3 seconds, more and more of the object will become visible c. The sooner people are able to enter and guess correctly the more points you win 3. Self-paced Quizzes: quizzes that are available for participants to play anytime within 24 hours of launching a. This means that if you launch a quiz at 5 PM IST in #general today, anyone can participate in it at their own convenience until tomorrow 5 PM IST b. This will happen privately in a player’s Slack DMs c. It lets people across timezones to be a part of engagement activities These are some of the ideas we are currently cooking for Trivia; what do you all think? Do you have some other fun engagement activity/game ideas that worked for you in your workspaces? I’d love to hear about it!

    Hey Everyone, I have a quick question - what is the criteria that your company follows to convert an intern to a full time employee? Asking, specifically in terms of documentation - would marksheet till 7th semester work to convert them into a full-time employee? If not, then would online result of 8th semester suffice? Or marksheets till 8th semester are 100% mandatory?
