So is there any way I can give an offer letter without paying for any compliance like PF or ESIC? It'll be great if I get a response on an immediate basisπŸ™

    Hello, Can we relieve an employee in the notice period earlier. The person had not asked for early release. But since the persons performance is down we are planning to release a month earlier than agreed upon notice period. Its this okay, what if the employee objects? Thanks

    If you're supposed to build an HR framework {policies, processes, culture - basically everything} from scratch for a small team of 10-15 people that's not supposed to grow further than that any time soon, what would be your starting point? And what points would you keep in mind while setting up things. Few extended questions: 1. Does this team size require a full time HR Resource (keeping in mind of the team size which is not gonna go up)? 2. Is setting up the Ops processes like Offer letter/ agreements/background check and basic policies like leave and attendance, a good starting point? 3. Is any kind of HR tech required, omitting the ATS? 4. For a team of this size, covering the medical expenses would be cheaper than getting group insurance practically. Would you suggest otherwise? 5. Any other suggestions? Would love to hear from some talented people here. Happy to discuss this over 1:1 coffee {Coffee is on me ;)}

    Good morning everyone, Wanted to understand how many of you are following the new PF rule that came out last year in Aug 2022, where employees who are earning more than 15k are not eligible for PF and if they want PF to be deducted both employer and employee must agree and then they need to send a form to the Asst. PF commissioner for approval? i have not seen a GO for the same but know a few companies who are already going done this route. would love to understand if you have started following this. Thanks
