    Hello! Looking for suggestions for Team Bonding Session. I work with a small team of 8 remotely and lately, I noticed the energy has been down and lack of motivation. During Q&A session, I identified that they are all feeling mentally down because of the society issues, personal issues and work related issues. I am thinking of just holding a bonding session just to chat and clear our head and talk of non-work related stuffs Any ideas of how the meeting flow could be and suggestions of what could be discussed?     Hello Everyone! The subject is Mobile and Broadband Policy, with a catch: employees will only be reimbursed for expenses if they access their outlook app or email on their mobile device. If they do not, they will not receive reimbursement. The policy also states that claims can only be processed if an invoice is provided by the provider, and invoices like Paytim will not be accepted. "What is the rationale behind the Mobile and Broadband Policy requiring employees to access their email on mobile to be eligible for reimbursement? How can employees who prefer not to use their mobile device for work emails be accommodated without compromising policy compliance? Additionally, what alternatives can be considered for invoice submission that would make it more convenient for employees?"
