    Hello everyone, we recently implemented an ATS, and as most of our hiring takes place on LinkedIn, applicants are redirected to a separate page to submit their application details once they click the apply button on LinkedIn. While this has streamlined our pipeline management, we have noticed a significant decrease in the number of applications received, as well as a drop in the percentage of new LinkedIn followers. I'd would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to address this issue while continuing to utilize the ATS. I have considered manual transfer of applicants to the ATS but that’s very tedious and won’t be the best choice in the long run.

    Hey folks, I have been facing a dilemma and could use your help. So we hired this new employee last month, but turns out she was still working for her old company too - which is a breach of contract. Normally, we wouldn’t put up with this, but the thing is we really need her in this role right now and finding a replacement would take a lot of time as we’re a startup. Any of you ever dealt with something like this? Any advice?
