Hello Everyone..came across this youtube video on how Netflix does not have defined KPIs to measure performance. They assess performance based on the extent of impact an individual and a team has had on the overall business. Here people work with one object- to do what's in the best interest of the organization overall. Two questions: 1. does this signify an onset of new performance evaluation in the ecosystem? 2. how much are we prepared to adopt this new method and walk away from the contemporary way of performance evaluation?
