    While creating referral policies, would you go with the TA/HR team (i) not being eligible for any referral bonuses or (ii) being eligible for roles that they are not hiring for? Mentioned only these options since I want to understand the nuances behind why companies would NOT want them to be eligible.

    Hey TSOW community members. I would like to share my joy with all of you here. I have been in talent acquisition for over 14 years and I have seen the IT world and hiring evolve. Working 10 hours a day, to 14 days a week on hiring drive days, to walking every candidate to and from the conference rooms during interview to coordinating on Zoom interviews, was a part and parcel of my journey as a Recruiter. Being featured in this article makes all my hard work worth it. However, I know I could have never been able to achieve this on my own. However, can we change the IC committee in 3-6 months after forming it in case a new employee joins the team who might be more suitable to become an IC member?
