    1. When we have to set Goal/objective? β€’ when we are clear with objective and resources are set in the environment then put your expectations infront of them and give direction what they have to do and how they have to do. 2. Which module is good for startup? β€’ in startup company for few starting years have to change the strategy based on need so everyone should have that nature to adopt the changes in a positive way to find the best and for that you have to give confidence to your employee so that they accept the change positively. 3. When you explain objective to employees first you have to clear with that then only it will work 4. You should be very specific when give feedback do not say things via via 5. If you feel that your employee is not giving their 100% then do meeting immediately do not wait for the appraisal meeting 6. Objective and Feedback both are different plates do not compare them 7. keep positivity in the company so employee will be ready to adopt the changes in positive way whenever you make it 8. do not give feedback at a time of appraisal do that process before 30 40 days of appraisal and then based on their changes give appraisal 9. Stop giving Sandwich feedback, be straight forward 10. When anyone did good job immediately give feedback and praise so that they and other people get boost with that and positivity maintain 11. When do peer review or self review in a start up company do not ask " what you are doing apart from your job role" as here they are doing more then that and they have to do that that's why they are in your company. 12. if you feel that noting is going right in your org then do meeting with each one of them and ask the problem 13. performance feedback should not be done on specific time time frame only it should get done based on need and environment 14. When its harsh feedback it should be in close room not in front of team 15. Do not give bias feedback 16. When ever give negative feedback always give that with example 17. Give authentic feedback do not give it in a group 18. If you have observe something and you are not involved in that matter then first do clarity with employee who are involved and then take then in feedback consideration , you might have seen that with wrong point of view
