    Hello everyone, We have recently begun our performance evaluation exercises and we have planned to conduct PE's every quarter as we are a small growing company, for this we are considering using OKRs to objectively measure performance and then tie it to compensation, which would mean a change in salary every quarter for now and team members have been informed that it is not permanent and that slowly we will move to bi-annual evaluations and appraisals. We have heard some conflicting theories about how OKR's should not be tied to salary and that quarterly raises ( for now) would lead to discontent among employees. Would you agree? if not OKR's what would be a good way to objectively measure performance and then tie it to a salary raise? Any leads would be helpful. Thank you

    Hi Everyone, We are just re-evaluating our leave encashment policy. Can someone help us with the policy that is followed in the IT industry and the mandatory rules set by the government? I think encashing earned leaves at the exit of the employee is mandatory. Am i right?

Someone with experience in Shops and Establishments Act (Maharashtra) since I need help interpreting the Leave Policy and draft one, I have checked multiple websites and links but need someone to simplify things for me 2. Can an organisation legally hold an employees salary during notice ?
