    Hi everyone. We are a product bases SaaS organization in India with a hybrid working model and distributed workforce. We would like to have a proper leave policy that works well for all. Currently we do have a few paid sick leave after probation, paid wedding leave for a week (self), and some flexible ones that can be approved by manager as per the requirements. Can anyone pls help me understand how it is done in your companies or if you could suggest ? Please note that we donot track attendance strictly with any systems or timesheet.
