    Buddy volunteers/buddy pool, rewarding and recognizing them for supporting the newly joined peer is a great way to build a strong culture of teamwork I felt. Though onboarding is a process that HR folks carry out , it is equally important for the entire organization or a specific team to ensure they also do this. End of the day, the new joinee works with his or her team more. The buddy system will enhance this experience.

    During onboarding speaking about the larger purpose, how would the candidate add value and get value was another one I take away from the session. It shows how we genuinely care for them and shows authenticity.
