    Hi everyone, This is the first time we are conducting performance evaluations. We call it Personalised Development Plan (PDPs) Review at Xeno. We are planning to organise a training sessions for everyone on how to give peer feedback and write self reviews. We will plan one for the managers too. If you have prepared some document or the reading material for the same, that would be great help. Thanks

    Hello Team -An interesting case study I request your views on this One of the candidates didn't disclose to the company that there was an FIR registered against him during his entire interview process and the company rolled out the offer, however, once the BGC is initiated the candidate came up stating there is a FIR registered against him under Sec 324 which is generally non bailable in the year 2021 and now the case is pending for disposal in the court as the police submitted MISTAKE OF FACT and false allegations against the candidate who applied with the company-So now what should the HR department of the company do 1) They shall proceed with the bgc and offer as there is an orders by supreme court that past criminal records shouldn't be taken into count while offering a job and moreover this candidate is given Mistake of fact by police. 2) HR Team has to revoke the offer for false/hidden information by candidate.

    Hi everyone. 👋 Have you ever been involved in campus recruitment? What according to you are the biggest challenges for recruiters while recruiting from campus drives?     Hello everyone, I have a question regarding team offsites and office parties, where alcohol is involved. We want to understand where does the company responsibility extend until. Is the company responsible for the team members safety within the event premises or does it also include the commute to and from their respective homes? How do we go about making sure everyone is safe and has a good time at the same time? Secondly, do unofficial hang outs where the CEO is also present and pays from the company card also come under the purview of office parties? Example, going out with a few team members after work along with the CEO, but he offers to pay. What are the laws related to these? Any help is appreciated. Thank you

    Hey everyone! Just wanted to know if there are any other terms being used in place of a 'performance evaluation' or a ' performance appraisal', which would sometimes cause employees to become a little defensive and feel that their work is being judged. We are looking to know if there is a better way to put this across, or any innovative terms being used by you all. Thanks 🙂
