    Hi all, Wanted your advice on something. If we are making a payment to employee in exchange for not serving the notice period, do we deduct Professional Tax, PF or other statutory deductions from that amount? Or not? Since he is not working with us, I don't think there is a point for deduction, but then not sure what is correct legally. Also how does this work vice versa? If the employee is doing a buyout, will it be full salary or (salary - deductions) Thank you in advance!

These goals seem attainable and can encourage employees to work harder. Stretch goals also keep the employees in the race of a competitive world.
