Hi everyone, we are getting up and running with Rudderstack, we have a self onboarding platform, that loads the rudderstack js sdk (source) and we’ve connected that to GA4 (destination), but now we noticed that there is very limited user data coming in. For example the country is missing as well as all other common user attributes once would expect to see in GA4. Some advice would be very helpful. Thx

Hi everyone, I have set up TikTok as a Cloud Mode destination, mapping the events to the TikTok Ads standard events. From the "live events" I can see the track calls are being triggered and passed to TikTok correctly. But the same events are nowhere to be found in TikTok ads manager dashboard. Has anyone faced the same issue? If so how did you fix it?

I built this site on webflow: https://info.argovisa.com/ I added the Rudderstack tracking code, attached on the .doc, but once published the error "(index):117 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'appendChild') at window.INIT_OAATTRIBUTION ((index)11717) at (index)1868" appears and I can't figure out how to fix it. I'm mainly a graphic designer, not a dev so you'll imagine how confusing this is for me hehehe. Finger's crossed for some help.

When setting up intercom as a destination, I noticed this in the Rudderstack docs:

This destination supports Intercom API v1.4.

Does this mean that on the intercom side, when setting up the App integration, I need to explicitly set the API version also to 1.4? A little worrisome given 1.4 is from Sept 2019 and they are now on v2.9. It event warns me if I try to select 1.4 with "You are 10 versions behind. Consider upgrading".

We are trying to use rudderstack for our product in personalization space, targetting shopify based business for now. It is a B2B offering and I have the following questions. 1. Should I create a single account in rudderstack control plane and multiple sources and destination (one for each business) or multiple rudderstack accounts, one for each business. 2. Can I automate the source and destination creation? Are there rudderstack API that I integrate in my process that can be used to create sources and destinations as soon as a business signs up for our product. 3. How can I install rudderstack app for shopify without requiring our business customers to install yet another app on their shopify website. 4. All I am trying to do is to enhance the business onboaring experience and not requring them oru our team to follow multiple steps and 3rd party app installation (rudderstack in this case) we have our own shopify app. Thank you. Hi, I have an integration of unity with Klaviyo, the users are supposed to get synched to a particular list in klaviyo for which I have entered that list unique ID. Till last 2 weeks ago it was synching perfectly, but now the user is not getting added to that list but just getting added to klaviyo overall userbase. can anyone help in this ? I have already reached out to Klaviyo support team and they have mentioned that things are working fine from their end.

. Is this something that Rudderstack is adding? If so, how can I stop this? We do not have any OneTrust Cookie Categories defined in the configuration section of that destination.

I have Klaviyo setup as a destination. In my config, I have a default list setup that is described as:

The default list that you'd like to subscribe and add users to when you call .identify()

In my testing, when I call RS identify, the email is sent succesfully to Klaviyo, but the user is not added to the list I've specified. Looking at the live event viewer in Rudderstack, this is the payload the Klaviyo destination is getting. I don't see anything in the payload that indicates the list ID. Is this a bug?

Hi I have a question regarding the automatic Glue schema registration when sending data to S3: we're in the initial deployment steps and I expect our event data to change in future (e.g. additional attributes and therefore columns in the S3 parquet). In Athena, I've observed some HIVE_CURSOR_ERROR failures to read parquet files sent prior to a certain date which may be due to a schema discontinuity or change in column order -- before I attempt to use Glue to crawl the S3 bucket manually, I wanted to clarify my understanding of how the Rudderstack schema registration works and if there are preferred ways to keep the ability to query across Athena/glue tables while permitting additional columns to be added.
