Hi We have rudderstack deployed on k8s with multiple instances and using hosted control plane. Although there is enough resources for transformer pods, but they still regularly crash. I also enabled hpa for transformer and it didn't help. I'm monitoring the cluster and all the transformer pods memory and cpu usage are below the

. Also the node which one of the transformers deployed on have lots of free memory and cpu but still that transformer instance crashes along with others. It's really frustrating and the issue is here for a long time.

BQ streaming issue here. I have a working BQ destination. Just now added a field of type “record” to the schema and in testing I’m populating the record field. Live events say “everything is working”, but no new rows show up in BQ for the events where I populate the record. Anyone seen something like this? Can I not trust live events “succeeding”?

I need some advice on choosing the best approach for my ELT data stack architecture. Here are the three options I’m considering( Obs - Sendgrid is just a example source here there are more..): 1. RudderStack as a Primary Integration Platform: In this scenario, I would integrate sources like Sendgrid and user-events with RudderStack. RudderStack would serve as our Customer Data Platform (CDP), collecting, and routing our customer data to form complete user journeys. This refined data, along with the raw data from Sendgrid and other sources, would then be dumped into BigQuery using RudderStack. 2. Direct Integration with BigQuery: This approach involves creating a direct connection from Sendgrid to BigQuery, allowing us to dump raw data straight into BigQuery. I also use rudderstack for tracking events and dumping it to big query. Then, we’d use Dataform for transformations, routing user click events and other behavioral data. 3. RudderStack as a Pass-Through: In this model, I would set up RudderStack to route all raw data from Sendgrid directly to BigQuery. This raw data would supplement the customer data already being processed by RudderStack. Again, we would use Dataform for transformations to route user click events and other behavioral data. We're considering migrating from cloud to self-hosted to be able to ensure that no data is sent to a US-based dataprocessor. We have customers demanding this to fully comply with GDPR. Hey! I’m having issues with RudderStack Java SDK. The problem is that I can’t provide custom GSON serializer within builder.
