if they are running unmodified EL8 there are aarch64 AIO packages ;)

But you can do a regular gem install and make it AIO-like enough for things to work

or ubuntu focal

I am trying to switch over from an old puppet/foreman to a new one and having this issue: " (unable to get issuer certificate): [unable to get issuer certificate for /CN=Puppet CA:". - I deleted /var/lib/puppet/ssl on the agent. Any idea what could cause this?

You know me a bit, I am too stupid to build custom packages and I already have enrolled the raspbis into production :D

all modules we have with types/providers/facts will probably not work on Puppet Agent 5 anymore
