bastelfreak binford2k afisher ewoud - do you all still think the go-based webhook app is worth the effort. I haven't had much time to work on it. I find it definitely worth the effort, but it is hard as a project to maintain myself

dhollinger: personally I do think it is. Do we need to work on getting more contributors to share the load?

tbh, I think we need to rip the webhook out of the r10k module and make this standard, but you know I've been advocating that for a while

dhollinger: I'll admit I'm too far removed from production setups that it's very relevant for me, though I can certainly see the appeal

dhollinger: I've actually toyed with using a systemd service to call g10k - systemd guarantees it only runs once and it's fast enough that on most cases it's nearly instant anyway

ewoud: That's a cool idea - using systemd to run g10k. I assume you're using a systemd timer?

dhollinger: I think when I played with it it was simply systemctl start triggered via ssh since it never got past a Proof of Concept quality

but if you have a type=Oneshot service, adding a timer is trivial
