I joined a Ops Stories a few weeks back (so apologies I've been very quite so far...) but I wanted to reach out to see if there are any other Partner / Customer Success folk out there that would be keen to grab a coffee. I work for Wagestream, a fairly new start-up that gives employees access to their wages whenever they need them via our free app. So far we've had a strong focus on adoption rates but we are now looking to increase engagement with end users so I'm keen to hear others experiences! My background is in process transformation from analog to digital, but these days it’s mostly digital supply-chain. Also dealing with all things HR related and my current focus is on improving sales pipeline, as we don’t have a dedicated Head of Sales/CRO. About Crozdesk: We’re a B2B SaaS discovery portal. If you look for software (seen people looking for CRMs for example) we’d could be of assistance - all info for the user is free and anyone who’s got a SaaS company can benefit from being listed (also free). We generate and sell leads. As a small company with high automation focus we try to make things as clear, automated and low-touch as possible.

I’ve recently transitioned from Head of Ops at Scape Technologies to Chief of Staff - still with a very operationally heavy role, and look forward to sharing learnings, stories and benefitting from the collective experience here. At Scape i’ve been very project management and team development focused. In previous roles I looked after UK market launches at Deliveroo and managed an area of Aldi stores. Currently keen to learn from others about growing a startup team size from 25-50 so if anyone’s been through that please do reach out 🙂
