Hi everyone, a quick question on 360 reviews - has anyone ever reached out to prospects/clients so that they can review your sales/customer success employees?

If yes, how did you do this/what did you ask them?

Hey Inga. We did 360 reviews at my old job, however we asked the employee to reach out to 3 internal and 3 external people, rather than the “line manager” reaching out to the client and evaluating (however we were a team of 10 so unsure how big your team is)

Do you know by any chance what questions employees asked external people?

Hey Inga, sorry for the late reply. Some of the questions were generic and some were tailored to the role e.g marketing However here are the questions: 1) how easy is it to get help from employee when you want it? 2)how reliable and effective is employee in their daily interactions? 3) how available to team members and various stakeholders is the employee? 4) how often does employee meet deadlines? 5) how reasonable are the decisions made by the employee? 6) what skills has the employee demonstrated in innovative thinking, gathering resources and arriving at solutions to problems? 7) how quickly does employee follow up on requests? 8) how does employee demonstrate that they are motivated and committed to the success of the company? 9) are the employees interpersonal and relationship buildin skills effective? 10) how would you recommend that they improve on their interpersonal and relationship building skills? 11) are the employees communication skills efficient and effective? 12) how would you recommend that the employee improves on communication skills? 13) overall how satisfied are you with the employee? 14) what does the employee need to do to improve their leadership skills and performance? Hi all- thought I’d formally introduce myself. I’m Ross- Ops Manager for Cult Events- an experiential events agency. I’m also Ops Manager for House of Vans in Waterloo- a 2000 capacity underground music venue as a marketing channel extension for the Vans brand. Furthermore I’m currently working on plans to set up a series of music cocktail lounges across London with the first aiming to launching this time next year!
