We have an office space, and teams like to align around which days the rest of their team / whole company will be in. • I've looked at Slack bots (e.g. Sup.today), Google calendar and the functionality in our HR system (Humaans). But none are quite fit for purpose. • It needs to be forward-looking (on a schedule maybe), with notifications. But super light-weight!

Hi team 👋 Looking to understand a bit more about Ops org structure for a SaaS startup (~200 people). Is Operational Excellence a common term to describe the function that works on cross-functional continuous improvement within Ops and syncing the delivery model to the strategy? Been reading about it and the term seems to have its roots in manufacturing and six sigma so wondering if there's more appropriate/common terminology for SaaS companies... I realise some might just say Operations 😆 but we're trying to have clear titles as we'll be 20+ soon (mix of CS, Customer Ops, Programme/Project Managers, and Solutions Consultants -- quite a strange mix I know).
