Hi everyone, Couldn't find a better suited channel I wanted to reach out to see if there was anyone interested in supporting Ukraine with medical aid. I am originally from Moldova and this hits too close to home for me… so I’m looking to help in any way I can. My mom is a doctor, based back home and she’s currently working with the local hospital and pharmaceuticals distributors to achieve two things: 1. Setup a medical centre at the border in Moldova to treat wounded soldiers, there’s a shipment of equipment already on the way to her from Italy 2. Purchasing medicine and necessary medical aid equipment from this list and assembling kits to be sent on the ground in Ukraine to both civilians and military. For the latter, I’m gathering funds to add to her efforts so if you’re open to contributing please Monzo me. We've already gathered more than £850 with friends and family in a day. The money would go a much long way in Moldova and the aid will be fast to reach destination just across the border in Ukraine. Will send pictures and a list of what we managed to purchase for the money when its is assembled on the weekend. If you prefer to support a similar initiative but originating from UK or other European countries please let me know, I’ve got a few links I can share!

There's a combination of CEO's expectations not being met, and then employees suffering emotionally from the backlash from the CEO who can be blunt and show anger when things or people are not working the way that the CEO expects.
