people resigning after working directly under the CEO

They've now had 3-4 people leave after working directly under the CEO and it's becoming a huge people/culture issue. There's a combination of CEO's expectations not being met, and then employees suffering emotionally from the backlash from the CEO who can be blunt and show anger when things or people are not working the way that the CEO expects.
I'd therefore like to initiate a small, private roundtable and get some of you together to discuss this issue - especially if you've gone through this in the past / might be able to share a perspective.
