Good morning everyone, Francesco here, I work in Remote.com We use Asana to manage complex tickets / tasks and we experience 2 issues: - It doesn't support user groups - it is not integrated deep enough with gmail Are these two issues real or simply we don't know enough about Asana? The only downside is they stopped taking on accounting apprentices so I had to stop using them earlier this year, but up to then it was a brilliant experience.

Hi all, I was wondering if any of you had put together an ESG or a 'green' strategy/policy for your business (appreciate that's super vague and woolly so anything in that area would be awesome!)? Hello! Asking for a member who preferred to remain anonymous:

My offer email stated that my salary would be £x. When I got my contract it said that my salary would increase after probation (probation is more than 3 months). We both signed contract and that was the end of it.

Fast forward a couple of months in (still in my probation) and got an email saying my contract was wrong and that my salary wouldn’t increase after probation and if I’m happy to sign the corrected contract.

Has anyone been in this situation? Could I still negotiate an increase? What are my options?

☎️ Unsure where to post this, but our Sales team has been having huge audio quality issues with calls over our phone provider 8x8 no matter how they connect (home wifi, office wifi, phone provider via phone app). I have no idea how to trouble shoot this and would appreciate any pointers 😞. Have filed a support query with 8x8 but they have been kind of shite with previous queries. I also found some forums online talking in very technical terms that I do not understand about general issues with VoIP calls which seem hard to solve 😬. Has anyone had similar issues? Do you know someone that might understand whats going on and how to fix it? Much obliged! 💐
