Emma and Mason Mckoon signed up for classes. she paid and everything but neither of them were on the rosters. when i went to her account it says "resubscribe" ? but when i tried hitting the button it wouldn't let me

That is Kess. She wanted a credit to her account from summer classes, but then did not want to pay for september. She then cancelled the subscription after she was charged. If she wants to continue in those classes, she needs to re-sign up for classes. The resubscribe button is disabled currently.

Trial students • Follow up email ◦ Is the policy still going to be "no news is good news"? I vote no since 90% of our people are signing up for multiple classes to try (which is great!!) ▪︎ Follow up- since everyone is trialing a thousand classes, is there a way to organize github so we can more clearly see the classes and dates ◦ Catching them after their trial in person ◦ Policies for "we want loved the trial and want to start next month!", since things are selling out so fast ◦ Include info on the referral program ◦ Underline our makeup policy and cancellation policy ◦ Adding them to contacts under a trial student group and then moving them if they continue (it's super time consuming to have to search their order to find their phone number every time we need to reach them) ▪︎ Follow up that could solve this, caleb is there a way to search github for a name? as I believe their contact info is on there ◦ Checkbox issue - I believe madison mentioned that the check boxes are also reordering themselves when a new student is added to google sheets ◦ Discuss any other system errors

@Caleb Warren Kaiyee Chen just called and asked if we could cancel her subscription, and i let her know that we wouldn't be able to refund her. she then asked if we could add account credits for when she's ready to come back (when she's older, and when she can understand English a bit more) are we able to add these credits to her account? she said 6 months to a year from now she may come back

You can do a partial refund, we don’t do credits that far out
