Checking on the outcome regarding a few trial students (no rush on responding here): • Sana who trialed tap/jazz level 2 a few weeks back • Family that said they would pull their kid if they couldn't go to level 3 • Any memore of a dancers with the parent last name Robles or parent first name rio • Saniya t. Trial card notes: I believed I remembered Katie saying she was the only dancer who wasn't ready for lyrical and to move into a new class the very first week. Do we have notes on her? If you can prep an end of week recap in Google docs for me to review that would be great. Examples of things to include: • Overview of trials (about how many came in, about how many continued vs didn't, any major things of note, any amazing feedback or negative feedback from parents, any level issues) • General updates on outstanding tasks/tasks we've discussed • Pain points and success points from the week • Reminders of things still waiting for Caleb or myself • Enrollment board updates (returning students who continued or confirmed not coming back) • Prospective updates (may not have too much but anything major that stands out) • Teaching notes or questions from your classes Notes from me: • Reminder to restock shoes please. We've had quite a few at front desk for a while now. The pile started when I brought in ettas ballet shoes for her to try on and left them at desk for her but it seems to have stayed and grown from there • I will be briefly popping in around 6:30 abd will bring towels. Sorry i forgot yesterday in the midst lf the chaos. but i will be offline most of the other parts of the day working on other studio tasks • Reminder to please wrap up any trials that finished more than 4 days ago. I haven't checked today but Tuesday there were quite a few over a week old. I'd people aren't replying to follow up calls we need to text them a deadline to respond and letting them know if we don't hear back by that date we will go ahead and cancel their free trial so they aren't charged and we will release that spot in the class to other dancers and that if they decide to enroll in the future we would love to have them
