instructions for hot water for the hot chocolate: • use bottles under front desk to fill between "6L" and "9L" on the inside of the large container • knob on bottom left should be set to approx. 115 degrees • close the top and turn the kettle on (bottom right of kettle) • once it reaches temperature, please turn it back off • at the end of the night, ensure it is off too • if run out of water, notify @Caleb Warren and I'll get more
