<@U027QHEK9C0> Pranjals mom authorized us to charge the card on August 5th for the nationals payment as they weren't able to do it on their end, there was then another email sent out from us on August 23rd and we asked if it was still okay to charge the card and that is the response we are waiting on. Can I confirm that Madison does not need to wait for a second reply and that she can charge based on the initial authorization?

she accidentally added 2 free trials to their cart, with 1 student name. So I think that’s what broke it. let me see if I can fix it.

well, they have 2 different orders is why. Can you call them and confirm that she is the only one taking classes in the fall, and confirm it is supposed to only be those 3?

ok, called Torie and confirmed that only the sister is taking classes in the fall. Fixed their account, and should have the right classes tomorrw. Please check it tomorrow

There currently isn't a way to add a TA (Or anyone else for that matter) to a roster manually. It will be wiped overnight.

your idea would work, but everything in the admin tabs columns A - C are overridden. And each tab in a teacher's attendance column B row 2-30 are overridden. So it would have to be done outside of those.

maybe B1 (the studio room ) you could put the TA in that cell. i.e. Studio A - TA: Naomi Lee

<@U025EAACDAA> could we get a rundown of how many people are continuing after their free trials (Do we have confirmation of any so far?)  Please let me know when you start processing their payments for the first time so that we can go through what to do for referred students. You can see who was referred in the admin panel

<@U027QHEK9C0> Isaac Zhang not on the list for trials (he has a sister so duplicate orders. Sister order trial first for 3 classes, then brother ordered trial for 2, then sister signed up for one more last night) so brother not listed at all and sister listed for only the newest one and not all 4 classes.

Not sure of the best way to catch these things so I'm basically just manually going through and confirming everyone's trials this morning to catch anything like this that we missed :slightly_smiling_face:

I have a list going that I can send later when you have more time

for now, it will have to be manual.  We will need to add more explicit steps when adding a trial to make it more clear that everything should be in 1 order.

I made a whole separate google sheets for now with notes on the trials. I'll walk both you and madison through it today if that's alright (just notes and things since they don't stay permanent on the trial sheet)
