I went through and rectified all of the (current) free trials and in fact all of the trials registered through the site are showing up in the automated

free trials

tab. So it appears that the issues from the first week were resolved last weekend when I worked on fixing them. Can we please start using that tab again?

calendar.google.com is now accurate for normal class schedule (not for september rehearsals, though). Do we not have anyone in studio S at this time on saturday afternoons (1230 330)?

We do not. Originally our studio S classes were 1130 230 but we had to move them up due to teacher conflicts/availability so that time is now open (after september). I do also have private lesson requests that may go there if I decide to take them on in Oct-dec before my maternity leave

@Caleb Warren there's a note about missing pictures for someone with the last name Chopra? i don't see their pictures in the box, so is it possible the picture company maybe have forgotten to give them to us?

yes, could you please call the picture company and see if they had an order from them. If not, please ask if there’s a way that the customer can contact them and purchase it?

Each photo package has the contact info that the patron can use directly for any mistakes or issues. Grab one and send that info to Ishita's mom. They said to just give the customers that info and they will take care of any problems directly so we don't have to worry about it

@admin and @Caleb Warren I'm still missing kalea casem from my tap III and both Kylie and Kalea are listed in younger lower level classes that they shouldn't be listed in. I gave these notes week 1 but idk if the fixes got undone because they're still incorrect on rosters

Also @Caleb Warren did we confirm their switch in hip-hop classes for makena and kalea? It isn't reflected here. Did we make that change some where or does still need to be completed?

all but those are correct from the trial list, and have automatically updated 🙂

also I figured out why some of the classes that we marked as 'full' aren't full anymore. The

manage stock

option in woocommerce was set to true, and value at 0 left in the class. But that was at the max # we had in the class. So when ppl cancelled, that number would increase and allow people back into the class. I did not think that would happen, so now we know and I manually set those classes to "out of stock" . Please let me know if there are any others I should update.
