Just email them. Note the “TIP” on this page. You’ll need to give them the Device ID of your existing unit. https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/225877427-Supported-DVR-Devices-and-Antennas

The new one works great, I got the EXTEND, it transcodes to h264 while the CONNECT streams raw mpeg2. EXTEND has the n wireless while CONNECT is ac. I always wire my device for obvious reasons.

Got to tell you @User this is making me seriously hate XenServer 😉. So here's what happens... I have it fully patched, XS tools installed. I assign the VGPU and boot. It's slower but not terrible. I can log in and see the display adapter. For about 30 seconds it is using the Windows default display driver. If I try and run the install of the Intel graphics I get that message that it doesn't meet the requirements. After about 30-45 seconds it does a hardware update and shows the Intel display adapter, and then... it hard reboots. Once it's back up I try and log in and just have a black screen and CPU is pegged back at 100%.

Thanks. Only reason I got the Skull Canyon was to try the Iris Pro, so got to figure this out. I may try and update to 7.1 also to see if that helps.
