They are offering a trade-in? Where? Do you have the HDHomeRun PVR software? I backed their kickerstarter but have never used it.

I manually install XS using a usb stick

but i dont use NVME drives... as i use EVO 850s for both m2 and 2.5 inch

I install XenServer with punched cards, just like Kirill. 😆

just working in the lab for now with sda, the NVMe is nvme1 I think

Have not tried PXE with NVMe since those have just arrived in my hotel in Orlando, but if not recon, it's just to do a flash update

What I'm trying to do now is creating a pre-defined config for ip/names/etc for all 8 XenServer

boot to PXE for auto install & config

the plan @dready is external USB with XenServer, that works fine

before I had SanDisk Ultra Fit, but they become extremely hot, thinking about SanDisk Ultra instead

No need, save some $$$ by moving the usb for wireless keyboard, all is headless xenservers, just needed for troubleshooting

Ok so... just tried spinning up my first Win10 with Iris Pro assigned. I made sure the aperture was set to 1024, I booted it up without the vgpu and it worked great and installed tools. Shut down, made sure Dom0 can't get the vGPU. Booted back up and Windows loads slllloooowwwwllly. And once loaded the 2 vCPUS are pegged at 100%. I got logged in but can't get the graphics drivers installed or anything. Anyone seen this? Any advice?

Shutting down hard and removing the vGPU everything is back to normal.
