    Anova is awesome. I can't cook anything but this thing is pretty much idiot proof. Steaks come out better than some steakhouses I've had.

    I use the foodsaver vacuum seal method too. I seal one end and put the meat in the bag with marinade/seasoning and some butter. Seal the other end and sous vide it. Then pull it out and pan sear it on each side. Perfect pink line every time.
